- We will conduct a property valuation or you can recommend your own selling price.
- Less to sell will take all photographs (max 5) of room/features that showcase your property.
- Less2sell will take down all room sizes and descriptions.
- Less2sell will design you selling page from the room sizes, descriptions and photographs ready for advertising on our website.
- Less2sell will conduct all viewings and will ensure that we are 100% familiar with you property before showing prospective buyers around.
- Appointments can be made using our unique interactive calendar or by calling a member of the team on 01254 702468.
- This unique Interactive calendar allows you to select suitable days & times during the week/month that are convenient for showing buyers around your property.
- Once a buyer selects an appointment less2sell will confirm the attendance with the buyer and you 24 hours prior to the viewing.
- We will send a follow up report to you after every viewing that details honest feedback on your property.
- Less2sell 'for sale' board will be erected.
- You will receive a welcome pack that includes very useful information on moving home.
