For a one off upfront fee of £155 we will market your property until sold.
You can also tweak the service you require to match your personal situation. You may want to increase your chances of a quick sale and so add on the extra advertising packages, its up to you to choose the level of service you require.
- We will conduct a property valuation or you can recommend your own selling price.
- You take your own photographs (max 5) of the rooms/features that showcase your property and upload them in the upload section.
- You provide all room descriptions and measurements using the template below.
- Once we receive your details we will upload the information and design your selling page ready for advertising on our website.
- Once listed on the web you will show all prospective buyers around your home.
- Appointments can be made using our unique interactive calendar or by calling a member of the team on 01254 702468.
- This unique Interactive calendar allows you to select suitable days & times during the week/month that are convenient for showing buyers around your property.
- Once a buyer selects an appointment less2sell will confirm the attendance with the buyer and you 24 hours prior to the viewing.
- We will send a follow up report to you after every viewing that details honest feedback on your property.
- Less2sell 'for sale' board will be erected.
- You will receive a welcome pack that includes very useful information on moving home.
